What We Do

Salcombe Launch Co. offers motor launches for self-drive hire between May 1st - October 1st. We provide an authentic boating experience, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern reliability. Our fleet of clinker style launches are perfect for exploring the Salcombe Estuary, waterside pubs and secluded beaches on offer.

Uniquely, customers are provided with a complimentary mooring for the duration of their booking. These moorings are located just off the town quay and allow hirers to enjoy the flexibility of coming and going as they please, without having to return their boat to us at the end of each day.

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, or simply want to enjoy spending time with the family, we have you covered!

what’s included

Complimentary mooring just off the town

Our moorings allow you to come and go as you please without having to return your boat to us each evening. These moorings are easily accessible by harbour taxi. There is a £1.50 fee (each way) for this service.

Full tank of fuel upon arrival

We kindly ask that you refuel the boat before the end of your booking. Alternatively, we can refuel your boat at the end of your hire period for £20.
